PRICING
All prices are subject to change without notice. If there is a price increase on your order, you will be notified before your order is processed. We reserve the right to correct all clerical, photographic and typographical errors.
MINIMUM ORDER
All orders are F.O.B. factory or Direct South warehouse. Customer will pay all shipping and handling costs. There is an additional charge for Parcel post and C.O.D. fees. Residential delivery upcharges will be added. Special shipping available for an additional charge.
| SPECIAL ORDERS
We stock most items in our catalog. If the item is not in stock, we can special order it from our factory. All special orders require a 50% deposit with balance due on delivery.
SHORTAGES/DAMAGE
All merchandise shortages or damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. For truckline deliveries: frieght damage is the responsibility of the carrier and must be noted at time of delivery. Make note of any damage on the freight bill before you sign it. File any claims directly with carrier.
RETURNS
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. The items will be inspected prior to issue of credit. All returns subject to a restocking fee plus freight.
